The Glitch | 3D Printed Bouclé Texture Pendant

The Story: A Beautiful Error Great design often happens when the plan goes wrong. The Glitch Pendant was born from a "happy accident" in our print code. Originally intended to be a smooth coil, a calculated anomaly created a chaotic, beaded surface texture that we call "Digital Bouclé."

It bridges the gap between textile and architecture—a rigid, 3D-printed object that looks and feels like woven fabric.

The Light: Day vs. Night

• By Day: A matte, organic sculpture. The thick, beaded walls read like white stone or heavy wool, adding softness to your room's decor.

• By Night: When illuminated, the chaotic layers transform. The light gets caught in the "beads" of the texture, diffusing into a warm, crystallized amber glow. It doesn't just light up a room; it creates a mood.

Zero-Installation (Plug-in Swag) We believe high design should be accessible. The Glitch comes pre-assembled as a Plug-in Swag fixture. No electrician, no hardwiring, no renovations required.

• Includes a 15ft premium cloth-covered cord (White/Silver mix) that looks beautiful draped along a wall.

• Integrated thumb switch for easy control.

• Simply hang it from a hook (swag hooks included - one ceiling and two wall hooks) and plug it in.

Material & Origin Designed, printed, and hand-assembled in our Phoenix, Arizona studio (MTRL.studio). We use a corn-starch-based PLA bioplastic that is sustainable, durable, and biodegradable.
