At MTRL.studio, each piece is made-to-order using advanced 3D printing and sustainable materials. Please review our shipping guidelines below before placing your order.

Order Processing

• Made-to-Order Timeline: Most products are fabricated within 7–14 business days before shipping. Larger or custom orders may take longer; estimated lead times will be provided at checkout.

• Custom Projects: Special commissions or prototypes may require extended lead times, communicated during order confirmation.

Shipping Methods

• We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

• Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days in the continental U.S. after dispatch.

• Expedited shipping may be available upon request (additional fees apply).

Shipping Rates

• Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.

• Orders over $250 (U.S. only) may qualify for free standard shipping.

International Shipping

• We currently ship to select international destinations.

• Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@mtrl.studio within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging.

• Lost shipments will be investigated with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund.

Local Pickup (Phoenix, AZ)

• Local pickup may be available for certain products. If offered, this option will appear at checkout.

Most items ship within 1 week, with delivery in 3–7 days after dispatch. Free shipping is available for qualifying U.S. orders. International buyers are responsible for duties and taxes.
